I saw this magazine a little while ago, but a post on Black Eiffel today reminded me that I never posted about it. Lulu is a magazine from the UK for "the real girls of the world who love fashion, music,art, & make believe." I've only flipped through the online pages, never the actual magazine-but those pages are absolutely well designed and stunning. Delicious eye candy:-)
