So tonight I had my hair and makeup trial with Mink Artistry for the wedding! It was very surreal, to look in the mirror and know that this is what I'll look like for the big day! I was kind of nervous for the trial because I just didn't know what to expect. But it went so well and the stylist I worked with was so wonderful, I just have to give them a little shout out. I realize this might only be helpful for Kansas City brides, BUT I really recommend any bride-to-be check out their gorgeous portfolio-some beautiful images of hair and makeup. She describes their style as a little '1940s-esqe' and you can definitely get that vintage glamour vibe.
