the church of my car

Ahh.
Went out for lunch today to run some errands. Its an absolutely gorgeous 55 degrees today. I jumped on the interstate, rolled down my windows and cranked the radio - which happened to be playing a song I have crazy ties to, U2's Beautiful Day.

The lyrics "what you don't have, you don't need it now" struck me more than anything else. And suddenly I had this feeling that everything is exactly like its supposed to be today.

Be content. Be happy. Be grateful.

Anyone who thinks you need to be in a church for a religious experience has obviously never been in my car.

Oh, you can't beat a moment like that... and that song is a guaranteed good mood song for me. Yay for the church of your car!
