dear sony

I bought one of your digital cameras about a month ago. I did an insane amount of research to decide what the best camera out there for me was. It came down to you and a Canon. Everyone said to buy the Canon - but no, for whatever reason I bought one of yours.

Four weeks later it is broken. You customer service representives are no help. Now I have to pay to ship it to your repair center where its *hopefully* repaired in ten days. I'm bummed that I can't just get my money back and get a quality camera.

I regret buying your products.
And I never will again.
