Some motivation in the morning - when you don't want to get up and do that workout...

You make me want to drink water. Not soda. A salad.
Run every morning. Get enough sleep.
So when I end, I'll know I had all the time I could get, with you.

I had this very same thought this morning! I was listening to a segment about smoking on NPR and decided that I need to take better care of myself so I can be around and have as much time with my loved ones as possible. Love the inspiration. Thank you!
