huge slimy babies

So I took this afternoon off because I am one sick sick puppy. Random headcold you wake up with that makes you feel like your head is floating a little ways off of your body and you cant really hear anything except the voices in your head telling you they'd like to take a nap.

Anyway - this meant one thing (and completely contradicts yesterdays post)...crappy daytime TV. The thing with being home sick is that you're like YES I'm home from work and can do anything I want! But you're sick - you don't want to move and the idea of getting off the couch to do anything is just impossible. So daytime TV it is.

I landed on TLCs the Baby Story. I'm not sure why. I know how it ends. But there's this woman giving birth to an 11 pound baby. And her sister is in the room watching - and I mean like watching - and the sister is crying (probably because she thinks its beautiful...bleah). And I'm crying with her. 11 freaking pounds. The baby came out looking like a three year old that had just gone down a slipnslide of grossgooness.
The only women that watch that show on a regular basis are those that have already given birth. No one in their right mind who still has that to 'look forward to' in their lives would watch that a second time.

I don't know why I'm sharing this story. Its the cold medicine.

2 words: fucking OUCH.

I've given birth to a baby...and I have no intention of going through it or watching it happen again! I love my kiddy, but once is enough! No more!

I was home sick with a nasty head cold/fever on wednesday, but I chose lighter fare for my daytime tv watching: Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
I have never, I don't plan on ever giving birth...so I avoid those baby story shows like the plague!

Baby Story! that show frightens me.. my sister used to always watch it and I could never understand why, but I'd be forced to watch it too. haha
