neocon 2009

A little recap from my recent trip to NeoCon at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. NeoCon is an amazing trade show of the latest and greatest for new products and designs in the interior design world. Just as amazing as the new products are the showrooms themselves.
I've cropped/selected these images to just for eye candy, but if you have any questions/want to see more/curious about my 'functional' favorites let me know.
.
#1 - Castelli for Haworth, Haworth showroom, 3-Form wall in the Paoli showroom.
#2 - Coalesse, Coalesse, Steelcase showroom wall.
#3 - All from Bernhardt design showroom.
#4 - All from Knoll showroom.
#5 - Projections in Coalesse showroom.

oh, wow. i think i would have been in heaven there. modern design like this is really appealing to me.

funny, 'cause i also love the look of older and vintage. i love it all! as long as it's good design, i love it!

i have wanted to go to the merchandise mart for so long. when i was in my first interior design class, our teacher {who lived right near there} was always encouraging us to go. some day . . .

These are gorgeous. They make me dream of a day when maybe I will have a nice house that isn't furnished by Ikea :)
