little messages

.
Also on the list for imaginary/someday house?
Little tucked away walls of chalkboard paint in -someday/imaginary- kids rooms and bathroom where I can leave them little notes to make them smile.
.
Anyone else have their children's rooms completely designed - despite the lack of children and/or rooms? Its a fun little obsession.
.
Anyone else staying cozy in the middle of a big snowstorm?

I've been trying to get the hubs to paint a chalkboard wall for the dude. I will win. Mark my words. Ah ha. You're going to make a great mama. Munchkins would love to see a note like that!

I saw this HGTV episode once, where they painted magnetic paint on the wall and then chalk paint over it, I think in the kitchen? So then they could use it to write on but also store things like their spices that they put in cute magnetic jars. I loved it. You could do the same thing in just about any room.
