cold new years day

I hope you had a fabulous New Years Eve! We started the evening with a few episodes of Jersey Shore, which I had never seen before . It quickly became the theme for the rest of the evening. You bet there were fist pumps and nicknames galore. We went to an outdoor party for a few hours... in the single digit weather! Frrreezing, but nothing a little vodka couldn't warm up.
.
Big plans for the long weekend? I have three books I want to read and couldn't decide where to start - so I'm reading all three at once, changing from chapter to chapter. Which really means this funny blur in my head of fashion/positive thinking/healthy eating/style. But good for a quiet weekend.
.
Husband and I ventured out in the cold for a few hours today and I sported this soft, yummy hat I received for Christmas along with some not-appropriate-for-the-snow shoes.
.
.
F21 Jeans, thrifted fake fur vest, Gap men's sweater, shoes thrifted in NYC and hat from Anthropologie.
