I can't believe I haven't posted about this dress! I had noticed this number on the vintage rack's at Donna's Dress Shop a time or two but always changed my mind after realizing that while the top tulle layer of the skirt was the perfect length, the solid layer underneath went to my ankles. awkward length sally. But I feel in love with the neckline (and the hard-to-see sequins stitched onto the tulle) and finally it dawned on me that a quick snip of the scissors would turn this into one of my favorites! voila!
