So last summer I started taking a boxing class. I really enjoyed it and did it religiously for a few months. The class is made up of 3 minute rotations, going between hitting the bags, sparring with a guy, stomach workout, jumping rope and resistance band things. Needless to say, its a great workout. Well I stopped going for a few months and went back Tuesday for the first time in a while.
Everything hurts.
And yes, my gloves are pink:)
