Mix 1 cup of warm water with 1 pkg active dry yeast, stir until the yeast is dissolved.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add 2 teaspoons of chopped roasted garlic (this is completely optional, i get the kind in the jar - i dont roast my own thankyouverymuch) you could add another type of herb or nothing at all.
Next mix in 2 1/2 cups of flour and stir it all together.
Put some flour on some wax paper (or just on a clean working surface) and toss your ball o' dough on there. You just need to kneed it a little bit, adding flour until it doesnt stick to the surface (or your hands for that matter) anymore.
Throw it back in the bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes. In the meantime preheat the oven to 425.
Next spread the dough out on a pizza sheet (you'll want to spray it with non-stick spray first). I typically use a little flour on my hands to help spread it out.
Then spoon on your sauce and whatever toppings you want. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Its basically fabulous. I promise.
